I started Wyldwood Willow in 2000, I’m based in Monmouthshire, South Wales and I attend a range of events and festivals across the UK every year offering workshops and willow weaving demonstrations.

I also specialise in natural products for the home and garden, made with willow and handwoven by me. These are available to view and purchase in the Wyldwood Willow Shop.

I began weaving when a friend showed me how to make a frame basket over 20 years ago. Shortly after this I lost my second child to SIDS and my then partner and I decided to create a willow coffin for her.

Since discovering willow, my passion to share the skill of this ancient craft and my desire to limit the use of plastic in the world have driven me to create the thriving business that is Wyldwood Willow today.

I hope you enjoy browsing my pages and please get in touch if there is anything I can help with.

Why choose willow?

Help look after our planet by choosing willow. It's a renewable and sustainable crop which I harvest annually from withy beds in Herefordshire.

It's also the ultimate green product, absorbing carbon from the atmosphere as it grows. The different colours of the willow are all natural, I grow and use 23 different varieties.

Willow is also very robust, so when you use it in your home you'll be pleased to know that it should last you for years to come.
